Wellness Journey

Rachel Roberts is a Yoga Instructor and health food enthusiast living in the Saint Louis area. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years. Her journey began by casually practicing and trying out different studios and styles around the St. Louis area. After university Rachel grabbed her backpack to go live, work and eat through much of Asia and New Zealand for three years. While journeying around the globe with no traditional home her yoga mat quickly filled that gap. Her yoga practice became a constant as the settings around her changed frequently. As her practice deepened she felt called to teach and spread this practice that had grown so close to her heart. In July 2015 she traveled to Rishikesh India, the birthplace of yoga, where she compleated her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Rachel continues traveling and expanding her yogic knowledge. She can be found teaching around St. Louis at Joy of Yoga, Wellbridge Clayton and Shanti Yoga. Check out her class schedule and events page to plan your next practice!
